Is this you?
-
Growth, opportunity, or mission demands are increasing, but the structure to support them hasn't caught up.
-
Success has created complexity that feels increasingly difficult to manage.
-
You're spending more time reacting than leading.
-
You know things need to change, but you're not sure where to start.
My career path hasn't been a straight line, and that's one of my greatest strengths. I've been a teacher, a small business owner, a department builder, and an operational leader. I've owned a photography business, helped support and grow my husband's real estate business, and spent years building foundational departments inside a decades-old non-profit organization.
While those experiences may seem unrelated on paper, they all taught me the same lesson: sustainable growth requires more than vision and hard work. It requires structure.
My foundation as an educator shapes how I approach every engagement. I don't believe my role is to hand clients answers or create dependency. Instead, Through my FOUNDATION™ Framework, I help leaders think through challenges, ask better questions, uncover blind spots, and build decision-making frameworks that allow their businesses and organizations to grow with confidence. Whether I'm working with a creative founder, a mission-driven organization, or a growing service business, my goal is the same: create clarity, build capability, and help leaders build the structure needed to support what comes next.
Strategic Foundations. Built for Growth.
This is Me
-
I've spent two decades building operational foundations and leading teams through growth and change inside small businesses and established non-profit organizations.
-
I help leaders turn ideas, ambition, and complexity into clear next steps.
-
I believe strategy only matters if it can be implemented in real life.
-
I ask hard questions early so problems don't become expensive later.
